If threads need merging or moderating, just use the "Report Post" feature and it'll go into a moderation list where the next available moderator / Smod will deal with it. This thread is not the right channel to deal with this issue.
Edit: Could remove my post to prevent me looking like a fool, but where's the fun in that?
