I watched this ages ago so probably don't remember an awful lot other than that it was such a well made and powerful film.
First time I had heard of Jared Leto but I reckon I became a fan after that (and subsequently found out about his band lol, but I'm more of a fan of his acting and have noticed him in various roles since).
It has to be said the film is mega-depressing. I remember after it just feeling so sad and depressed, mainly for the main character's mother but for all the characters really. Would work wonders for a government campaign against drug abuse though, I would think!
The soundtrack is as awesome in its own right. For those who haven't seen it, it's the orchestral music used (sadly) on both Sky Sports News and Britain's Got Talent (also the same piece played by those girls in the stringed quartet or whatever they were on BGT).
Does anyone else have any thoughts on it?
