Default I want to create a forum.

I'm new to the system, what will it take, where do I go to create a forum?

I use to own a website what had around 400 hits a week back in 2001 but it was mainly owned by my brother, now I wanna re-do a new website and make a forum from it, can anyone help?

Moved by Meti (Forum Moderator) from Designing and Development: Please post in the correct forum next time, thanks .

I recommend you purchase a vBulletin Forum.
They have plenty of add ons and are extremely easy to customise to your sites needs. They present a high quality community base for your website and open a clear communication pathway.

    I wrote that

Yh vBulletin.com maybe your best bet!
but there are free ones such as:

    Smf or MyBB (Google them)

    I'd recommend http://www.forumotion.com

It's much easier to use than other forum hosters...And there are events you can take part in to win free domain names, ect for your forum you created.
