Lol well, for starters I don't get why this is a rule but... If it stays as a rule then when it gets edited, it's like basically saying what you just said cus it gets edited saying 'please don't ask for reputation'. It's like editing a post that avoided the filter and saying 'please don't avoide the filter by saying *word*'

    thoughts lol

i think there should just be one simple edit such as 'please don't break the rules' for all rules. those who receive an edit would know what they've done wrong because of the PM they receive regarding the rule breaking. in addition, other members don't really need to know that someone has broken a specific rule. an edit which says that they've broken a rule and thats it should be sufficient imo.

It shouldn't even be a rule, if you wanted to it'd be so easy to get around it anyway - Habbo, Console or even PM or rep itself.

Don't think that would always work cus I never got a pm for it

can I ask why it's a rule anyway?

I think the incentive with the moderator edit is so that the person doing so knows they shouldn't in future an anyone thinking of adding reputation pointlessly is reminded that it is also against the rules and may be checked.
