Need help... simple code

hey, as some of you may know im making a habbo fansite, and on almost every fansite they have the center content part, most are using iframes and some using ajaxs, i want to use an ajax one but i can't for the life of me get it working, i have searched google but i'v always been crap at googleing could anyone refer me to anywhere with an ajax page loader script? or does anyone know any?
