Evo Or Porche?

My Uncle (27-I think) recently sold swapped his Yellow Evo for a Porche,
Really took a gamble there and I HATE the fact he did that because a Evo is really nice to go around in! The Evo was roughly 14 grand and the Porche is around 17.



Feedback please. Hes soo wrong for doing that innit. His girlfriend is happy though, the Evo was loud (Not really!)

Before I realised you were talking about a Cayenne I was going to say I would probably never buy a Porche because they're all so samey. I also love Mitsubishis, especially Evos like that. Still, I don't think I'd ever buy a 4x4 either but that thing would be much more luxurious than the Evo and as you say the Porche is about three grand more, it can't be a bad swap!

My brother had an Evo FQ340 a few years back, it was an animal but a real boy racer car. Being the son of a Porsche fanatic you would expect me to love porches but nope. I hated his Boxter the most, mainly because Boxters are the cheaper, baby porches, then he moved up to 911's and other than a different rear end it is the same. It only does 0-60 in about 5.5 which for a 911 (I think it is the 996 water cooled) isn't really too impressive. Especially when you are getting smoked by Golfs. As this is the Cayenne I don't really know much about them other than the fact that they look terrible and are faster than Porsche Boxters in a straight line (if it is the S). If he is more of a racer then he should of kept with the Evo (what BHP was the evo btw?) but if he is looking for a more comfortable, safer and less hassled (from people trying to race him) time then he was right to go with the Cayenne.

The Cayenne isn't suitable to be classified as a Porsche. He should have kept the Evo. (sell this for more than the Evo's worth and buy another Evo?)

tell your uncle he's pure genuis evos are rubbish! they're fast but look horrid!
