Pressure Sensitvity within Mouth.

About 3 days ago my number 10 tooth (front to the right) started to get a little pressure sensitive, the next day the number 9 tooth started to get sensitive to pressure as well. Now day the number 10,9 and 8 teeth are all pressure sensitive. If I even bite my tooth with my bottom teeth it aches. Above my teeth there is a small bump, not too big but it stings when touched. 2 days ago I started taking Amoxicillin and the pain has decreased slightly, there used to be a dull constant toothache pain but now it has gone and only hurts when I bite down. I have not been able to eat solid foods as I cannot chew. I was wondering if anyone knew what this was and possible treatment. Dentist is closed until after the new year although my doctor is open tomorrow for a few days before new year. Any recommendations on what to do or what this could be. The teeth feel wobbly also, probably just me exaggerating but I'm thinking it could be a gum infection to due with the small lump which may be an abscess.

Deffinately sounds like an infection, chances are its spreading if more and more teeth are becoming involved.

I suggest nipping to the doctors and seeing what he suggests becaue you could do with getting it treated quickly before it spreads further.

As for what caused it, not entirely sure. Have you had any dentist treatment lately? If not it could just be a cut or even a small hole in any of the teeth that has caused the infection.

I'm taking antibiotics though and the pain is decreasing. I dont know if I would need to go but if the pain persists after a week I'll go for sure.

Well if it sems to be getting better, you could wait it out and see the dentist if it hast gone.

But yeah deffinately get it checked out if it continues.

Just woke up there, so painful. Brushed teeth and pain subsided and took some paracetamol.

Sounds like an infection to me but I wouldn't worry to much about it until you've seen someone who knows about it.

Sounds like an abscess (Not sure on the spelling) You need to go to a dentist tbh. NHS Direct would be able to divert you to the right place.

Took my own antibiotics, its gone now.
Thanks for all the advice but it turns out all the stuff you guys said wasn't necessary.
