I'm thinking about doing this quest this evening but I've been putting it off for ages as I've read that the final battle at end (level 170 is it) can hit up to 37 mele, even with protect from mele and hit up to 34 using range.

I'm level 94 cb at the moment. 71 atk, 72 str and 71 def so I'm not sure if I'm ready for this quest. Is the 170 hard to kill or will a couple of prayer pots and sharks do the trick?

imo, I'd put it off until you reach higher levels. I haven't done the quest personally, but I've heard my friend with 97 cb did die in the final battle.

I did it on my char ages ago and i'm **** at RS or something. It was easy.

My char was deathxcs.

I did it at over lvl 110 , but it was really easy i dont remeber having any trouble so you should be fine with sharks super set and ppots
