Maintainence break

There's been an so called "essential" maintainence break... again since 10:30 GMT+1 (BST) and they said for 30 minutes and now it's 11:15 GMT+1 (BST)
Can't they tell the time?
Or
Are they doing this as a joke?

Why would Habbo staff, put down a maintenance break for a joke. Its obviously something serious if its taken this long.
