Default When schools *REMOVED* you over

I'm not talking about exams and revision, I'm talking about the school.

Basically my school has many times.

Year 8 - We were told we were going to do core French because the school tried being a language specialist. So we set up a petition to make it german (being that made us do that compulsory the previous 2 years), us and the younger year and we got most signatures, you know what happened? The headteacher THREW IT IN THE BIN! Now we don't even specialise in languages, there goes a 2 months speciality run. They almost tried to *REMOVED* us over again by changing the school day, something again no one wanted.

Year 9 - CIDA, or should I say Dida. Those who took Cida were now made to do Dida which is nothing like what we signed up for and now younger years were allowed to chose between the 2, ***. A new head in P.E. also gives us 1 hour detentions if we forget a piece of our kit! Thankfully not all teachers followed her orders. "I'm not trying to be mean, I just have high expectations." -***?

Year 10 - French (again). Well to start with I was moved down with this other guy and we weren't even doing the worst, infact I must have done better then at least 5 people. Then now we were told that we had to coursework in an exam conditioned room and I was moved down half way through the planning of the coursework so I was completely behind everyone else.

I give my school credit, they moved that headteacher to a diff school (the one who decided to hire that P.E. teacher and threw the petition in the bin) and hopefully he's not coming back, he destroyed the whole school and that's how I was *REMOVED* over in year 7. Having him as a head.

Ugh, I understand how you feel with teachers sometimes, it's like when I was in year 9 choosing my option sheet, I picked Geography, and then I went back to my Head of Year 2 days later and asked her to change it to Media Studies, she said she would, and if she couldn't she'd tell me, she never got back to me, so I assumed it was Media, then I go back on the first day of year 10 and it's geography, so I go back to her again and she doesn't even say anything about it instead she says I'll have to do H&S if not Geography..
My school used to get an hours detention for forgetting a ruler, which is completely pathetic. Or even not having a pen, even though some people's had run out of ink, but thankfully it's all changed now.

Can be hard, just get on with it. I mean the things about french/german i can understand but he PE teacher hasnt really done anything. If you can't remember to bring your kit, personally i think you deserve the detention. Just remember it, how hard can it be?

i went to catholic high school with very strict rules and stuff so i was used to it all. Yea we all think teachers r *****s at some times. Detentions for forgetting kit is mainly deserved. After school detentions were in place at my old school. Many schools go through changes and thinks do get mucked up. The high school i went to now has a seperate form class for people they believed had cheated on tests and things. Just be mature about it and get on with it cause one day i can guarantee when u have a job it will be much worse. been late instead of detention is been fired. Bigger consequences. Missing things or forgetting things can also lead to action in jobs. Learn the lessons now.

Yep thats my high schools policy. Forget any piece of kit and u get a no kit mark which means detention. Strict rules we all just learned to live by them

I just hate how she walked in thinking she owned the place (yes she started as head), I know more about the school then she does, for all she knew we could have no troubles with kit, that's why no one likes her in my school because she acts all important and she looks like the biggest tramp who no one has respect for. She swore at a yr 7.

Sometimes teachers are like that and do need to be brought down just the best way to do it is speak to your head of year. If we had any staff problems which we did we used to go and speak to him.

my school seems easy, my p.e teacher use to **** about with my mates and they would never click on while i'd pissing myself laughing at how ******ed they were.

He let us do basket ball in school uni (obvo threw the jumper aside) sometimes. But they had manky kit they'd make us wear, i never forgot my kit tbf so it was all k for me.

For him throwing the petition in the bin, i'd have spat in his face if i done that ammount of work and he'd done that. Not something i'd normal do but i'd be pissed off majorly and make people know how **** he is.

I had no major problems, hardest one was hiding my drawings from my R.E teacher

and for the teacher who moved you down you should have confronted s/him and asked why. I've seen favourtism in teachers choices be a massive factor, (literally seen it happen to my own mate, he just asked and they said yeah LOL all he did all year was piss my other mate off while asking what to do.
