Only one Notice window

Have you ever tryed to get into a contest room, or a room that was full, and all these annoying pop up notices like this one

Well now after last nights late matenince break (2-3+ AM Est 9-10+ Gmt)
there is only one pop up window, for say if i where just keep clicking on Go ->
more than one pops up if i dont exit them, now only one does.
