Ione gift - help !

I currently have an Ione gift which contains a ' throne ', i cant open it because i have been told the coding from 5 years ago is dfiferent to now which means you cant open presents
How can i get a mod or someone to open it

I have loads of unopenable presents, i've tried contacting habbo several times but they wont do anything about it.

That is really strange, have you contacted Player Support already?
You can call a Moderator via the orange ? when in a room... But I think they will tell you to contact player support...

Yeah, player support should give u the throne and take the present

how do you know its a throne?
does it like appear to open with throne but just stays as gift and no throne?

The reason you can't open them is because of all the bruted accounts back in 2005/2006ish...

Moderators decided to avoid loads of people gaining thrones and destorying the trade-values they'd stop Moderators from opening them (aka replacing the presents with the furniture).

Yeah it tells you whats inside now, shows in a little code on the tag.

If you contact player support, they dont seem to want to bother helping you open it
