So I went to the doctors before christmas because I had a lump in my throat.. It's sort of an inch above my adam's apple and a cm to the left so it isn't exactly in the middle on my neck. In a few weeks I have to go to the hospital for a scan.

It can't be swollen lymph nodes cos they're at the sides of the throat aren't they but the doctor said it is probably a cyst. Certain days I feel my neck and it feels as if it's going but then I woke up this morning and it's doubled in size (sticks out about the same as my adam's apple)

Just wondering.. If I do have a cyst in my throat and it doesn't go.. What would be the treatment for it? It's been over a month since I noticed it
