pick up some food, put it in your mouth, chew and swallow. repeat as required.

It's not that, I just don't wanna eat.
I've heard people asking this alot of times. A very common effect taken upon depression. Are you feeling depressed? If it is, my advice would be to get back to your normal and healthy eating habits once you get out of your blues a few days from now. Try to relax and find the solution to your problem one bit at a time. Until then, take good care of yourself through propper diet, adequate sleep, entertainment and surround yourself with whom can motivate you to face your problems head on. If you don't want to eat because of some other reason, I recommend you drink plenty of fluids and stay hydrated. It could be anything in all honesty. Change in the weather, a virus. Even if your not hungry, just eat a little. Like you said you find yourself munching on sweet things from time to time. Try munching on something that will give you energy and is healthy as and when you feel like it. If this feeling persits then I would eventually go get checked out by your doctor. i go through phases like that too, don't worry. Just try and eat as much as you feel up to!
