Okay so i have this friend and i care alot about him (hes like my best male friend irl)
but he liked this other girl in my class
and well i get really annoyed because hes late 2 class because she tells him 2 meet her
hes failed all his assignments cos of her
she baisically treats him like a dog.
and then today she made him smoke...
and its like "/
i know he loves her but im sick of her treating him like rubbish and im not 2 sure what 2 do +rep for gd answers anyways

Speak to him about it, Try and make him see that he's really not getting anywhere with her, Show him that he's failing his course because of her and tell him to take a step back and look at how she treats him. Tell him that if she liked him too he wouldn't need to to the chasing..

Good luck, on the other hand when and if you use any of my suggestions above and he tells you to mind your own business and get ******. Just walk away, it's all you can do. Or wait until he see's what she is really like and be there for him.

That's bad. Maybe you can reveal your feeling to him and let him know that you are really care for him. And you don't want to see him being like this.

I personally wouldn't do anything. He obviously doesn't care about you and enjoy's getting treaded like **** so why bother about it?
Noone is worth your time if they don't give the amount of respect that you give to them.

God,I can understand how you feeel.It's sick seeing your best mate get treated wrongly huh?

To be honest,all you can do is to keep telling him that what she's doing to him is wrong.Well,you can't really do anything if he never bothers to listen to you.The problem is he let himself to be treated this way.

As a best mate,just try to talk this out with him and hopefully that he will listen to you.If he doesn't still,you can't do anything but support him in any way you can.

It's always terrible to see something like this happen..

She's clearly a bad influence on him and is using him. Unfortunately, love/infatuation can really make a guy blind to things like that. I hate to say it, but regardless of what you do or say to your mate, he's not going to listen and is probably just going to be touchy and mad about anything you say about her until he's over his feelings for her.

If you really care about him though, you do need to try to talk to him even if he does get mad at you (because eventually he'll come to his senses and see that what you're saying is true). Try not to be super negative about her or he'll get his guard up and be more likely to get mad - just say things like "you seem to be changing a lot from the guy I know and love, and it really concerns me.." or "I'm just worried about you. I'm happy you found someone you like and she's great, but I really think you should be careful, I don't want you to do something you might regret".

Good luck! Love makes us all do stupid things sometimes, but hopefully you'll get through to him and prevent him from ruining his life over it.
