What game(s) to buy?

Im getting pretty bored of FPS games and want something new/different to play. Other than FPSs I've played:
both uncharteds
both assassins creeds
prototype
infamous
few racing games but they're not really my thing
fifa
heavenly sword
lbp

suggestions?
if theres some amazing FPS that you really think I should try then list that too but I'd rather it wasnt an FPS

I think NHL is good for a sports game because it's quick and somewhat easy to pick up! Katamari Forever is also good if u are after a puzzle kinda game

Get heavy rain when it's out in a weeks time. I'd say god of war 3 but that's not out for another month or so. MGS4 is awesome, either go all in or stealth your way through (it's meant to be stealth but who cares). There's the LBP level dlc assuming you havn't got it already.

Heavy Rain is a no no, I almost fell asleep playing the demo and I have MGS4, thanks though
And yeah, think I might try some different sports games

Coming from someone who doesn't play basketball or isn't that into it, i reckon NBA 2010 would also be good because it is a short court and it doesn't take half a minute to get the ball near your goal (unlike NFL/FIFA etc).

Thats what I prefer in sports games anyway!
