Trying to prove someone is pretending to be you is very hard.
His reply could easily be "I didn't know he existed, Maybe we just think similarly for names"
You know... its reaaaaaally hard.

Personally, I'ld just register loads of variations of your name to try and stop anymore being made.

you could try locking the room? so you will know if this scammer tries to enter your room..
