Hello People of the interweb,
After realising exactly how unfit I've become of late, I decided to try and get back in to the sort of shape that allows you to eat ice cream without getting out of breath. Since I'm lazy and don't have a lot of time, this consists of standard easy to do exercise, you can do pretty much anywhere.
To try and judge my progress, I wanted to know what was the average for internet geeks like myself (those who use forums for example :p ), so here's me poll to figure this out (please answer honestly).
(To figure out how many you can do, just get on the floor and do as many proper (girls can do the girl style press-up if preferred) press-ups as you can until your too exhausted to continue/give up)
