erm I got broken up with once through email and once on msn while I was at a party...that was harsh. had no escape either so I had to sit there with my best friend and a ton of adults I didn't know and smile!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I broke up with my last boyfriend on facebook on their chat but I had no phone minutes left =[

I think if you're going to break up with someone, at least do it on the phone, or in person, if you can. any type of "instant communication" is way too impersonal. there are certain circumstances but overall it just ends better.

and like for me the email was harsh cause we had been dating almost 11 months...so yeah it was like BAM.

i've only been broken up with once

we was out one night and out of the blue at the very start of the night he goes
'can we talk for a min' and i was like ugh what you want and he said
'i can't do this anymore you make things so difficult you're too immature'

and then he went home leaving me and went n got a gf like 2 weeks later
