This has probably been posted before but I purchased a pin earlier via uk sms for £6, i've been charged, I had £6.08 and I now have £2.56 and only one half of the pin has come through. How long is it going to take for the second half?

Um, they usually send the whole pin? you sure you entered it correctly?

Yes.. the system changed so they send you the pin in two parts, that's what it says anyway.

"Thank you for using SurfPin. The first half of your Numeric PIN is ****. The other half will arrive shortly. Please be patient."

Got that over 2 hours ago..

You dont have enough, you wont get the second part. Sorry but you get charged for sending the text, so thats usually about £0.10, so that leaves you with less than £6, so you wont get it. :S

EDIT: I just did it Via SMS, both messages arrived within 5 min, total cost was £6.20 though.
