Playing mwf2 online and all of sudden i keep logging out of xbox live, tried it on halo 3 still disconnected :S my modem is in the room next store so its not bad connection, any ideas? :S

Could be soemthing to do with firewall. My friend used to get disconnected on live all the time and then when he messed with the firewall it was fixed.
try googling the problem see what you find :/(h)(h)(h)
