    Default Small-ish Affordable Laptop

    My laptop is a big pile of crap basically, so i'm looking for a new one, here are the things im looking for in a laptop.

    - Small-ish so I can can take it around with me
    - Decent battery life
    - Affordable (Not really got a budget but I'm not paying stuuupid prices)
    - Good hard drive capacity & memory

    Yeah so if thats possible show me the laptops +rep for good suggestions.

    Have you considered a netbook? You could easily get a nice one, fairly cheap, Windows 7 and upgrade it to 2GB RAM on the cheap.

    MSI Wind, Samsung N140 etc are good
