Sister too lazy for school?

Right,my sister has skipped school 3 days in a row today -.-'.I don't know what her problem is actually but I am obviously concerned.
She usually wakes up so late and thus decided to skip school completely.Well,her bf lives in the USA and she's always up all night talking to him and sleep very late.I told her off a few times but she never listened and my parents told me to keep an eye on her as they were too busy with work.

So,what should I do?Could I just straight away tell my parents?
