I actually don't know how much i weigh currently, its been a very long time since i last checked. But i'm not happy about my stomach.. less exercise and eating a wee bit more doesn't work.. Its hard to motivate yourself when your sleeping pattern is ****** up.

yes, more muscle would be good. I just don't put any on :S! I could do a full body work out for a whole month and nothing would be noticed..

i'm a male, who needs to bulk up my arms! I do "heavy" lifting at work (is lifting around 8 x ~9kg out of a 230 degree oven classed as heavy) but i don't notice anything, it frustrates me!

    lets get some steroids.. ?

I am strong as in lifting wise, but the muscle doesn't show through, if that makes sense?
