    Default How To Make A Habbo Fansite.

    Please Note - Making your very own Habbo Hotel Fan site, will take a lot of work it could take months just to find a half decent template. Get the staff, a radio if it is going to be a radio fansite but most of all what seems to b important these days is a forum it needs a good managed forum the visitors can have fun on and enjoy. This guide is basically to give you an idea what is required to run a successful site like habtips



    A lot of web hosts provide their very own site builder do you can design the site and it will automatically be published to the web! But Others require you to make your site yourself Using Coding such as HTML or PHP! Don't be put off by this! It may sound very complicated right now! But Once you have a go you will find it much more simpler! We recommend you try a free host to start with, Any work your way up! Please Note Most Free hosts will have adverts! Below Are Some Free hosts and some Pay Hosts that we have taken the time to check!

    - A great website to start your own site if your new to making websites. They Provide a site builder and you can register Free!

    Geocities.com
    - This is also a Great site If your new to designing websites! They provide a cite builder and you can register Free!

    250free.com
    - This site Provides everything you need to get your very own site Online! This site supports HTML & PHP. They also provide you With 250mb Space & 250mb of traffic to your site Per Month. You can sign up free!

    JJR-Servers.net
    - This site provides a wide range of packages for you to sign up for. It Supports HTML & PHP & provides other features such as My SQL & You can have your very own email accounts! All packages on this site Cost, But are very good value for money!

    For content you want to make it interesting and easy people don't really want something really hard and complex to read they want simple and easy, with colourful unique pictures that make you go in oako's words "OMG!!!" and some useful info like this pictures are they key to most fansites it draws your attention if its nice and full of pictures.


    The Forum

    1. Good management and leadership.
    2. Each admin has his own role in the forum.
    3. Good moderators that moderate the forum and keep it active.
    4. Interesting topics posted on the forum so that when someone new registers, they have lots to read and reply to .

    um yes nice post but stop underlining everything its hurting my eyes and it makes it hard to work out all the different parts but nice guide.

    It's quite good, the underlining got quite annoying though. I'm sure this will help a lot of new fansite owners, +rep!
