Perm ban appeal

my friend has had a perm ban well it

terminates in 2021 for buying credits online
which he has assured me is fake
he did receive a lot of credits off myself thought which may have seemed suspicous

is there any point trying to appeal it or?

as far as Habbo USA, I was banned for buying from *REMOVED* and they actually offered me the option to "pay off" my ban.
This was the email that came from [email protected]
