Do you know how to cook?

Since I have been at uni I am surprised how many people of my age do not seem to be able to cook at all. I was taught from quite young and can cook most things except for cakes and pastry.

I love cooking. Do you? If so what do you like the best.

My favourite things to make are:

Roast Dinner

Fajitas & salsa

Pizza

Pasta including Spaghetti Bol.

I am a massive fan of Italian food and am therefore pretty good at making pasta dishes! I'm no expert chef but if you asked me too cook something I could have a good go at it and probably be successful.

I can cook quite alot of different things but my best has to be haddock risotto

I can cook simple things like pasta and the likes, but not anything else.

I do catering in school (yawn) so we learn to make pretty much anything so yeah people say i make good cakes x]

I can do cakes, etc but I wouldn't really consider that "proper cooking"... I'd like to think I'd make quite a good chef but when I actually got all the pots and pans ready, I doubt I'd get anywhere fast
