Default Donkey found not guilty of assaulting eight-year-old girl

Judges have found a donkey not guilty of assault after an eight year trial to prove it deliberately bit an eight-year-old girl in Blazevdo, Croatia.

Farmer Ljubomir Smrndic successfully argued that donkeys have no free will and the beast was responding to being tormented by the youngster.

Sadly it's an academic victory for Djino the donkey, who died two years ago.

All this to prove the bleeding obvious? (that a animal doesnt have any real malice against humans excerpt only attacking when threatened).

    Really?

If we were still under Labour this would be coming to the UK, but thankfully the Conservatives have a bit more sense...
