For me it would be that you do not love them. I thinking sometimes being told told that is a lot easier than the other way around.
I would find it harder to tell someone that I don't love them.. it has the possibility of making them sad, whereas telling them you love them will make them happy... I spose.

To tell someone I love them because if you say you don't love them then theres no after effects really unless you were close friends.
this is a hard one. i'd say probably to tell them you don't love them. i mean, if they didn't love you, then you wouldn't need to say to them 'i don't love you' but if they said to you 'i love you' and you didn't love them back, then that's a reason to actually say it. i probably would say i didn't love them back. i'd just find it extremely difficult, because i wouldn't know how to let them down gently. i wouldn't want to just be straight to the point and say it.
