erm you kno how when you do the trials for habbox you take the clip and look at the details, blah blah blah and then choose who you want. well i applied for hffm a while back and i think you should do the same system, they accept a bunch of new trialist then put them on a diff radio to the habbox site where only the manager and ass-managers can listen and then they judge by their performing talents and not just one 60 second clip on its own
