Need a website that can find a target area on a map +rep

ok basically i need to know if there is a website that can find the area i'm looking for. I know what direction, how many miles it is away & how far in minutes away it is from my location, i need to to put that information into a website so it can tell me where i would end up

Rarely do I suggest this, but I think an actual atlas or real map would be easiest to do this, you could easily find the scale and then use a compass to pencil in a radius.

Anyway I just tried this and it works pretty well...

Find where you want on the map, then define how big the distance you want to be is and plot the radius from that point.
