PC TO TV HELP

Ok, so i connected my 26 inch lcd alba tv to my computer yeah? VGA.

Only thing is, its hurting my eyes abit, things like reading this forum, habbo hotel and other things although the pictures look fine.

In the display settings its currently set at;
1024x768
60Hz

Should i change anything like the Hz for example so it doesn't hurt my eyes as much?

Try and get the resolution at 1366x768 if you can (most likely native resolution of your TV).

Otherwise look in the TV's options/settings and try changing the aspect ratio.

i changed it to 1280x960
