They aren't all that new, however they were added after the whole initial VIP thing came out. So it would be fair to say they are newer.

Argh my bad then, i never seen them before to i took it they must of been newly updated but paraps they have been their a while.

Yeh there isn't any in existence yet as no ones got to that stage as VIP has only been out for like 6 weeks but they've always been there.
