Didn't habbo announce a couple of weeks before the merge that you could no longer purchase credits through promotional means (such as pay day plus etc) but they would be bringing something similar back soon. So no, i don't think you can use these types of payment methods atm.

Habbo have stoped all pre-payed method types for credits including wallie cards, paysafe cards, and other types of methods with pre-payed cards! The only methods now are, Credit Cards, Mobile Phone, Or Home Teliphone.

Hope You Can Still Buy Credits, And Yes I Used To Buy Them With Wallie All The Time The Merge Fails !
