do u let people take previously registered names?

A few months ago i tried to get my name changed to 'scott' and was told by yoshi that it wasn't allowed due to the account already being registered, i also put in the name change thing which was completely ignored and told its not gonna happen

now you let dinasaw get the name 'scott'

what the ****?

Only community staff, if they work for non-habbo departments then it isn't required.
