Just using up the Hello pixel & VIP furni really and love the water. It is the start of a bigger complex. At the moment I have the beach bar & Disco Area with an indoor pool and Hotel Room attached. Nothing fancy as I prefer to keep that for my theme rooms.
If you fancy a day at the beach - everyone is welcome.

Very Nice!
But I think the 2 umbrellas closest to the door should be removed, looks to crowded but loving the diving board and deck very creative!
