Yeah, it's Wobble Squabble. I think it doesn't work anymore due to an update but i'm sure someone said it works again.

its such a shame the diving and other public games have gone stupid update wonder whether they will be back.

Doesn't work now. When they switched to Flash, they didn't give us the good walking system.
