Pointless Threads

Hey,
I'm here to rant about pointless posting & how over the past year or so the rule has slowly got worse. Pointless posting is getting the forum active, yes. However its making the forum just completely boring and pretty much pointless.

Fair enough the odd pointless thread was always fine, but now days it has slowly gotten out of hand. People now post completely unneeded idiotic topics that no-one needs to know, after all habboxforum is a discussion forum and not a forum to see who can post the most bull crap. You can hardly start a discussion about 'What colour are your curtains'. This is the furthest a pointless thread discussion will go:

Member 1: What colour are your curtains mine are pink
Member 2: Mine are green and I really like the colour pink

Please explain to me how that rubbish is not pointless?


I think this is the first time I ever asked for a rule to be enforced so its a little more harsh. The pointless posting rule for staying on topic with set thread is fine, the only issue that needs to be at least looked into is the pointlessness of certain threads.


At the end of the day I think habbox are currently thinking about the quantity of threads and not the quality of them. People will argue 'were will be draw the line' I'm sure moderators were born with a noggin, so use it. I don't mean to be rude but its not hard to notice what threads are pointless and what threads aren't.
