ipod music transfer

right, basically i want to transfer/copy all my music from my nano to my touch, so whats the best way to do it? guessing i will need software, so which is the best to download?

If that doesn't work search for iPhone Music to PC as iPhone/iPT appear differently (as a Digital Camera instead of a Hard Drive) than everything else.

Or you could do it yourself if its Jailbroken by dragging them across from a program like iPhone Browser.
