uh, the lines are jagged and awful, try use some sort of base - only draw from scratch if you know what your doing.

No shading on the green tail.
Just lines on the bottom of the tail. The tail does usually go around the body, it looks like a carboard cutout for a tail.
I like the hair.
Just work on your shading and it will improve.
