    well eating less+increasing activity basically will cause your bodys intake to be imbalanced meaning your consuming alot less than your maintenence. (what your body needs)

    8% Is kinda low, you would look unhealthy if you don't have much mass.

    I think i'm like 12%ish

    i looked on bodybuilding forum or something and everyone said 8%
    ill try 12 cause thats less work

    callipers test most accurate or some clinics have more accurate testing.
