I think one person does and that's my uncle. I havn't had a bday gift from him in like 3 years whereas my brothers have. Well it's not even the gift as such but I have had nothing whatsoever, not even him saying "happy birthday" its like wtf.

ma mum's side like me but my dad's side is mostly stuck up and don't really rate me or my brother because of my mum, but meh, they still get me presents and I can put up with the odd rude comment.
