    When you get really angry, to the point where you just want to scream/break something...
    What do you do? How do you calm yourself back down?

    I listen to music to calm down or I ring my friend and they calm me down!

    i scream & break something

    but then after that i close my eyes and count to ten in my head and think of positive things in my life

    I used to always hit the wall and bruise my knuckles, so now i've started to hit a pillow.

    I have to take deep breaths and I can't stand still, I have to walk somewhere or I usually end up pacing up and down a room.

    Yeah haha, recently i've got into a weird habit where I can't stay still and end up tidying my room/area that im in haha :L

    it is tidy just you like to mess it up by going through all my drawers and moving my bedding haha
