Need some cc

basically this graphic is absolutly crap but i want some cc on how to improve it coz i wanna get better at graphics, plz just tell me what ur honest thoughts are

It has the symbol coz of a comp on the site im at

Might be better if the circle is smaller. Because it over powers the banner and makes it look like it doesn't fit behind it

the circle seems like it would be an egg shape if the banner wasnt there and maybe make the banner a bit bigger so the text isn't so squished.
The shading in the circular bit doesn't seem quite right, hard to explain but yeah. I think the light bit is the wrong lightness if you get me?
finally the sparkling bits, they should peak at different times, with different sizes and should be more spread apart, maybe have one or two more too.

Good attempt though.
