I'm about to order my new xbox through Amazon but I just have one question before that..

Does the UK console (assuming that's what i'm getting through amazon.co.uk) differ from any other European console? Does it play PAL or NTSC?

forgot to ask; does the UK console only come with a UK socket plug? can someone link me to a picture of what the plug should look like so I can buy a suitable adapter ahead of time.

So youre asking if its region free? Well if the old xbox was (which i dont think it was) then this one will be but i do not think it is.

Also just get an adaptor.

It's not a Slim. It's just the new X-Box 360 250GB HDD whisper-quiet built-in Wi-Fi console. Sheesh, it'll catch on eventually.

if you're buying it from amazon.co.uk then i'm sure it'll work in the uk.
if not, i'm pretty sure amazon can do something to refund.
i wouldn't worry though.
