TURTLE BEACH P21 HELP!!!!

yeah one of the ear cups failed, i looked on the site and all it done was told me it failed so what do i doooo!!!!!
i think somehow the wires have crossed cos when i take out the white av cable bit it gets alot louder so...
i imagine the warranty i got was 30 days (i got it at xmas so i dont know the shop) so its no help there

Happened to me last week or two ago. Was able to get a replacement.

Could try going the Sales of Goods act route and say products have to be fit for purpose for at least a year; and seeing as you ain't getting sound in one ear, it isn't fit for purpose

Ask whoever got you it which shop they purchased it in. Just go back and complain, ask for the manager or say you'll tell your friends not to go there etc, they should care about having a good name.

My X1 had the same problem and was out of it's warranty, so I took it back and the guy gave me a new one immediately.
