Lodge Pineapple Stacking

Does anyone have the perfect technique when stacking a pine inside a plinth so that the pine remains behind the plinht and does not appear in front of it.

I am able to mess around with them, and found a technqiue of placing lodge on 2 rolls, picking up a pine, placing it down again, moving it into the lodge and then instantly removing next roller so it moves onto floor. However this morning I find some of my plinths/pines have returned to a pine outside form.

I want an aswer because it looks rubish with a room mismatched with sticking out and in pines

that's a glitch i'm guessing.
some people are just lucky and there pine stays in corner, but for some it glitches and shows pine instead of the corner.

don't think there's a real way to fix this.

try doing your technique but with pine on the roller instead of corner?

its a damn annoying glitch.
I got another technique of placing a lodge on a 1c coin while on the rollers, removing the coin and then inserting the pine. This prevents the problem occuring. Only thing is it shows bottom of the plant pot in underneath, but it looks great anyway.
