Smoking laws in Russia? +REPPP

Just wanted to find out at what age you can buy cigarettes in Russia?

I am in Russia now, so it would make more sense to ask, but I dont want people to get suspicious.

I've checked with a few sources and it's unanimously 18 much like the UK and the rest of the world. Drinking is the same but apparently you can easily get away with both.
