I am making a dvd for a party, I have the video and audio made for it in adobe premiere, i want to make a title thing using a program , so it has like Play then another part to click and when they click it shows a note i wrote.

I used http://www.vso-software.fr/products/convert_x_to_dvd/.
Just add audio and movie. It helps u set up menu and ****.
Also try nero.

convertx is what i normally use but it doesnt offer the customization i want, none of them so far have allowed me to have like a movie as chapter 1 and a png as another, sadly i cant use 2 movies becuase everyone reads at different speeds i need it to be as long as the person needs, encore cs5 does it but i dont have a 64 bit system for it to use, the feature i want is multipage menu's i can design like it allows you to do

Im a little confused what your looking for, a DVD Editor were you can add a menu, with sub-menus?

Windows DVD Burner can add menus and such if its that basic.
