It's not exactly a food, but I'm allergic to aspartame which is like an artificial sweetner used as a substitute for sugar in stuff.

I used to be reallllllly allergic to peanuts but now I know im not but my mum is like "ERR YOU STILL ARE AND YOU WILL BE UNTIL YOU HAVE A BLOOD TEST" I think it's cos i almost died from eating them when i was younger or something

Im not allergic to anything, but if i have too much milk + sugary stuff, then it makes my eczema get worse. But if i didnt have the eczema, then i couldnt eat whatever as much as i wanted and would be fine
